About the Role

We’re looking for a Playable Operations Manager to own the day-to-day execution of Hermes production. Hermes is our playable ads production team, working in a fast-moving, technical, AI-driven environment with internally developed tools.

In this role, your main focus will be keeping production stable, clear, and moving. You’ll ensure teams, tasks, resources, and priorities are aligned so playable production flows smoothly from onboarding through delivery. This is a hands-on execution role for someone highly organized, proactive, technically oriented, and comfortable working in a constantly evolving production environment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Production Execution & Flow

  • Own the day-to-day execution flow of playable production, ensuring fluent delivery process.
  • Keep production priorities, tasks, and team alignment connected to business needs and delivery commitments.
  • Manage daily task allocation across Auditors, HTML5 Developers, and production support functions based on workload, priorities, and availability.
  • Act as the production gatekeeper, ensuring all blockers are removed and required inputs are in place on time.

Operational Visibility & Reporting

  • Maintain a clear and reliable view of active production status, ownership, deadlines, risks, and blockers.
  • Provide regular operational updates to keep stakeholders aligned and avoid the need for follow-ups.
  • Use production data and day-to-day insights to identify risks, recurring issues, and areas that require operational attention.

Workflow Optimization

  • Identify friction points in the production pipeline and suggest practical improvements to increase speed, clarity, and delivery quality.
  • Support adoption of existing and new workflows as production evolves with technology, automation, and internal tool improvements.
  • Coordinate onboarding and process alignment for new team members to support smooth integration.
Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–6 years of experience in operations, project management, production management, or a similar execution-focused role.
  • Experience managing day-to-day production flow across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or Monday.com).
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities, deadlines, ownership, and follow-ups.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify and flag gaps, inconsistencies, or risks early.
  • Comfortable working in a technical environment with internal tools, production systems, or AI-driven workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify blockers early and drive practical solutions.
  • Data-oriented and comfortable working with reports, dashboards, status tracking, and operational insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to keep teams aligned and stakeholders clearly updated.
  • Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken - you’ll lead meetings, write documentation, and communicate with global team members.
  • Working days: Monday to Friday to align with our global teams.
