Objectives
What you will do
Build mini, data-driven versions of our current games to convert large audiences into passionate users.
Work closely with the UA and Creative teams to define hypotheses and strategies for each playable ad (gameplay focus, user journey, key messages, target GEO).
Code and maintain playable ads using Unity/C#, working with Luna and internal tools to package, test, and optimize across networks while keeping builds small and performant.
Animate and integrate creative assets into playable ads, and build interactive end card templates that are easy to customize and instrumented with proper tracking/events for A/B testing.
Apply and continuously improve the playable production workflow to deliver template-based, easy-to-iterate products ready for rapid experimentation.
Systematically create and iterate playable ad variants to test different hypotheses and maximize conversion.
Proactively explore and adopt AI-assisted development and in-house tools to speed up coding, refactoring, documentation, and mass production.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with 6–12 months of experience in Unity or mobile game development. Familiarity with casual / hyper-casual genres is preferred; experience with music or rhythm games is a strong plus.
Have experience in C# and can use it to create engaging, lightweight playable ads. Experience with web game frameworks (e.g. Cocos, Phaser) is a plus.
Comfortable with applying common game programming design patterns such as singleton, observer, facade, object pooling, etc., to write efficient, reusable code.
Experience with Luna (Create/Playable) is a strong plus, but not required — if you are new to Luna, we will provide training.
Are able to use English to read documentation and communicate with the Luna team for technical support, and can clearly explain your issues when needed.
We are looking for a teammate who is hardworking, collaborative, and passionate about games.
Naturally curious and always looking for new ways to solve problems.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are able to learn quickly.
Ambitious and always seeking opportunities to grow and improve.
