  • Guiding new users through account setup and providing training to ensure immediate product value.
  • Handling technical inquiries, addressing user complaints, and coordinating with internal teams for resolutions.
  • Building rapport and acting as a trusted advisor to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Contribute to a culture of amazing agent experiences as part of the Integrity Platform Success team.
  • Respond to support inquiries accurately and efficiently via email or chat.
  • Other duties as assigned by your leader.

Your experience and skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • 0-2 years of customer Success/Support experience
  • Experience with CRM or service ticketing systems (Zendesk, FreshService, FreshChat, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc) is a plus
  • Ability to learn / navigate multiple technology platforms and apps
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal)
  • Skilled in problem solving and attention to detail
  • Skilled in communication (written and verbal) and active listening
  • Skilled in applying a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to empathize with the customer
  • Ability to build positive relationships
  • Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to evolving environments
  • Ability to cross-sell or upsell products and features
