The Role:
Manage the daily operations of the Platform Publications team on the Campaigntrack platform, ensuring timely task delivery and issue resolution. Acts as the primary contact for queries, delegates tasks appropriately, and supports team members as needed.
What You'll Be Doing:
This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations of the Platform Publications team by providing supervision, clear communication, and motivation. It involves understanding team requests, driving performance through weekly KPI tracking and reviews, and supporting individual growth through regular one-on-ones and training programs. The role also focuses on delivering excellent customer service by resolving complex issues, offering technical support, and facilitating effective communication with stakeholders.
Additionally, the role supports other business units to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing maintenance, promoting a positive customer experience. It also includes monthly reconciliation of charges to assist the Accounts team with media-related queries, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
About You:
Minimum of 2 years leadership experience managing and motivating teams
College degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
Proficient in Adobe Acrobat with solid understanding of print terminologies and specifications
Familiarity with Freshdesk, Google Workspace, and Slack is an advantage but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for clear team guidance and stakeholder collaboration
Experience in performance management, including KPI tracking, conducting reviews, and coaching staff
