Position Title: Platform, Product Manager
Location: 1 W Elm Street, Suite 200, Conshohocken, PA 19428
Hours: 40 hours per week
Telecommuting: 100% Telecommuting is permitted from any location in the U.S.
Travel: 10% domestic travel required.
JOB DUTIES: Responsible for the cross-functional management of products or solutions through their entire lifecycle. Work across functional areas to implement products or solutions. Identify new growth areas, technologies and emerging product and service opportunities. Conduct in-depth market analysis to optimize existing products and solutions and build next generation products, partnering closely with the Engineering and Product Management teams to build a product road map and align product strategies for the business. Manage products throughout their entire lifecycle. Support business case for improvements or new products. Capture and manage requirements and provide a simple interpretation. Drive preparation for external and internal product events.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered, Software Engineer, Technical Product Manager, or related occupation.
Alternatively, Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered, Software Engineer, Technical Product Manager, or related occupation.
Applicants must have three (3) years of experience in:
- Leading product development or engineering teams.
Applicant must also have demonstrated experience with the following skills:
- Product or platform development;
- Security Protocols and standards;
- SaaS Software Architectures;
- Web Services;
- Agile practices;
- Sprint planning;
- Prioritizing product requirements and engaging with customers; and
- Understanding customer problems and translating them into product requirement user stories.
