What You'll Do
- Support onboarding and engagement of Platform partners and builders.
- Maintain visibility into partner health, sentiment, and engagement trends.
- Coordinate partner communications, follow-up, and engagement activities.
- Ensure commitments, opportunities, and action items are completed and appropriately followed through.
- Support community-building efforts and partner success initiatives.
- Help identify, research, and qualify potential Platform opportunities.
- Maintain visibility into the broader partner landscape, including publishers, ministries, churches, developers, AI builders, and other strategic organizations.
- Coordinate follow-up from conferences, events, and strategic conversations.
- Track and mature opportunity pipelines before they require Director-level involvement.
- Surface partnership trends, ecosystem insights, and emerging opportunities to leadership.
- Develop a strong understanding of the YouVersion Platform, APIs, SDKs, and partner integration models.
- Support technical discovery and solution exploration.
- Utilize AI-first workflows and modern tooling to better understand partner needs and use cases.
- Act as a bridge between partners, builders, Product teams, and Engineering teams.
