About the Role
We are looking for a Platform Operations Associate to join our team at EliseAI. This role will sit at the intersection of business operations and technology, supporting the teams that drive our growth — including Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data. You’ll help maintain and improve our tech stack, assist with system integrations, and support the evaluation of new tools. This is a hands-on, learning-focused role where you’ll gain exposure to systems architecture, data workflows, and automation while building a strong foundation in SaaS operations.
You’ll partner with teammates across the company to ensure our tools, workflows, and analytics support efficient, data-driven decision-making as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day management and optimization of our tech stack, including Planhat, Salesforce, and Snowflake
Assist in building and maintaining integrations between systems using APIs, webhooks, and automation tools
Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operations
Build and update dashboards to give teams actionable insights on customer health and business metrics
Partner with cross-functional teams to document processes, gather requirements, and support operational improvements
Assist in evaluating and testing new tools or platforms based on business needs
Maintain data accuracy and cleanliness across systems
Learn and apply best practices for SaaS workflows and data-driven operations

Requirements
Basic proficiency in SQL (Python experience a plus, but not required)
1+ year of experience in a business operations, technical support, or systems-related role (internships or project experience welcome)
Familiarity with databases, APIs, and/or automation tools like Zapier, Retool, or Hex (coursework or self-taught experience acceptable)
Strong problem-solving skills with curiosity to learn new systems and technologies
Comfortable working cross-functionally and translating technical concepts into clear actions
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to work in person at our NYC office 4-5 days per week.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to SaaS tools and understanding of common business metrics
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or customer success platforms (e.g., Planhat)
Interest in learning about platform architecture and analytics

Job Compensation Range
The salary range for this role is $80,000 – $110,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, a comprehensive benefits & perks package, and potential bonus depending on the role. Exact compensation is determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
