Today, private aviation still runs on phone calls, spreadsheets, PDFs, and manual payment processes. That friction slows everything down — from quoting flights to closing transactions.

Our platform brings modern commerce infrastructure to the charter industry — intelligent quoting, digital checkout, and financial rails that allow brokers and operators to transact faster and with far less friction. We are already processing hundreds of millions of dollars in charter transactions and building the foundation for what we believe will become the industry's next generation Global Distribution System.
Now we need someone who can help tell that story.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who wants to own marketing, communications, and industry storytelling for Tuvoli. This is not a narrow, single-channel marketing role. This is an opportunity to help shape how a growing company communicates with an entire industry.
If you enjoy writing, building narrative, working with industry media, developing sales materials, and helping bring a company’s story to life — this role will give you the opportunity to do all of it.

What You'll Do
• Own day-to-day marketing execution across the company.
• Write and publish marketing copy including press releases, announcements, blog posts, emails, and LinkedIn content.
• Develop sales collateral including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and product materials.
• Coordinate with industry media outlets to generate earned media coverage.
• Manage relationships with PR partners, media contacts, and event organizers.
• Plan and coordinate Tuvoli’s presence at industry events including conferences, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities.
• Work closely with leadership to communicate product launches, partnerships, and company milestones.
• Maintain consistency in Tuvoli’s messaging across marketing, sales, and public communications.
• Help translate complex technology and industry concepts into clear, compelling messaging.

This role is ideal for someone who wants real ownership of marketing inside a growing company. You won’t just be executing campaigns — you’ll be helping shape how Tuvoli tells its story to the industry, the market, and the world.
