About the role

We're looking for a Marketing Platform Manager to lead the strategy for our martech stack. You'll bring deep, hands-on expertise across Marketo Engage, 6Sense, Salesforce CRM, and AI SDRs, building  integrations, configuring  platforms for demand gen and ABM programs, ensuring  data flowscleanly across the whole stack.

You'll set the roadmap, for platform evolution and integrations, making the technical and commercial case for the roadmap. You've written smart campaign logic, built trigger and filter structures, to shorten time to marketing for campaigns.  This is  a hands-on individual contributor role. You'll sit in the Digital team and report to the VP of Digital Marketing.

We'll be direct about where things stand. This isn't a mature capability environment yet. Volume has outpaced capacity, and we need 6Sense expertise to refresh the platform and accelerate time to value. We have the data to prove it drives a real revenue multiplier when it's used properly. If you get genuine satisfaction from taking a stack from patchy to precise, this is role is for you.

What you'll do

  • Administer 6Sense across ABM, predictive, data workflow, and segment modules, and keep the data model refreshed as it evolves
  • Own the integrations between Marketo, 6Sense, Salesforce, and our AI SDR platform, understanding API dependencies and sync logic end to end
  • Diagnose and fix problems at the root cause, whether that's a sync failure, a data discrepancy, or a broken workflow rule, and put monitoring in place so they don't recur
  • Work closely with RevOps  and Data teams to keep marketing-sourced data structured correctly and flowing reliably into Salesforce
  • Lead the martech roadmap: spot platform gaps and underused capability, and recommend what's worth building next
  • Translate what's happening under the hood into plain language for marketing, sales, and senior stakeholders
  • Best-practice integrations. Airtight campaign logic. This role turns Marketo architecture into pipeline

Qualifications

What you'll bring

  • At least 7 years in martech or marketing operations within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Hands-on Marketo Engage administration, including integrations to 6Sense, Snowflake, and Salesforce.
  • Hands-on 6Sense experience across ABM, periodic data model refresh, data workflow, and segment modules
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including field mappings, lead and contact management, and campaign influence
  • A track record of building and maintaining integrations between marketing platforms
  • A methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving data quality issues and platform gaps
  • Familiarity with Looker or a comparable BI tool, plus GA4 and attribution reporting
  • Practical use of AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to work faster and solve problems sooner
  • Genuinely strong attention to detail. You care about platform health as much as we do

Must Have: Marketo Certified Expert and 6Sense Administrator certification

Ways of working

This role is based in our Sydney CBD office, with hybrid flexibility and in-office days on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Because the team works closely with counterparts in the US, you'll need to be available for early morning calls on a reasonably consistent basis.
