- As an FPGA Design Engineer, you will own or participate in the following:
- Build-up of the FPGA design and verification environment
- Design and implementation of FPGA RTL across multiple platforms
- Lab bring-up, test, and debugging of FPGAs and related circuitry and systems
- Opportunity to expand into adjacent firmware development
Requirements
- We are looking for motivated engineers who are interested in taking their coursework and experience in FPGA design and applying it to large platforms with multiple boards.
- Coursework or experience in FPGA RTL design
- Coursework or experience in operating systems or embedded software engineering
- Basic circuit theory and ability to read schematics
- Familiarity with Python
- Excellent skills in problem solving, written and verbal communication, excellent organization skills, and highly self-motivated.
- Ability to work well in a team and be productive under aggressive schedules.
- Desire to learn new skills and attack novel problems.
- Experience using Lattice FPGAs is a plus
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- Past experience in a project focused on FPGA design
