Provides hands on technical expertise, resolve issues at l2 level
Assist and respond promptly to incident, investigate and provide temporary/permanent resolution to incidents escalated with respect to Middleware/ Operating system/ database performance, capacity, resiliency , stability, replication and other key aspects
Researching and recommending solution that best meet business needs and enterprise operational requirements
Provide technical support to application development teams
Evaluate release of Middleware, Operating system, Database components and its tools to ensure entire environment is complaint with no/minimal impact
Qualifications
Understanding of protocols like HTTP/HTTPS/FTP/SFTP/AS2 etc
Programing experience in Java
some network concepts/ crypto like how generate keys & understand RSA concepts
Write Unix Shell & Bash Scripting
Familiarity with Linux operating system and commands
Capability to troubleshoot integration issues efficiently
