Your Purpose
As a Platform Engineer, you will contribute to building and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable systems. You will play a key role in designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, managing deployments, and ensuring the stability of our infrastructure.
Your work will directly impact the delivery of high-quality solutions that drive innovation and business success. Additionally, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to develop solutions that enable financial inclusion for millions of Latin American customers.

Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience writing code in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, TypeScript, Bash, Go).
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines, with familiarity in concepts like Gradle, basic JVM tuning, and build automation.
- Hands-on experience with CI tools, such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or AWS CodeBuild.
- 2 + years of experience working with AWS or other cloud platforms, with a focus on basic deployments and configurations.
- Experience in CD tools, such as Spinnaker or ArgoCD, and their role in automated deployments.
- Experience deploying applications to Kubernetes and understanding its core concepts, such as pods, services, and deployments.
- Basic familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform or Crossplane, and an eagerness to grow in this area.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience as Developer: Previous experience as a Java Developer with focus on frameworks like spring
- Monitoring and Observability: Familiarity with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or DataDog for basic troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
- Database and Storage: Experience with databases like PostgreSQL and Redis.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery.
