Responsibilities
• Configuration as appropriate in assigned Product or Platform.
• Participate in gathering business requirements and defining technical requirements for the solutions.
• Design and implement integrations across multiple vendor-hosted applications leveraging APIs and custom developed solutions..
• Administer user security roles and profiles , including creating new roles and profiles, and managing prescribed user access permissions, .
• Design operational workflows and propose areas for process optimization.
• Perform new feature exploration of each solution to determine if feature-fit for strategic and tactical program activities.
• Provide business and IT support for product or platform related issues including collaborating with multiple teams across TCB.,
• Configure or develop low code solutions leveraging vendor platforms.
• Document and implement change control, follow best practices for system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and migration..
• Perform operational tasks such as monitoring application performance and to implement solutions for performance improvements
• Collaborate with other members of the engineering team for development and support.
• Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of your solutions.
• Follow software engineering practices to develop automation solutions for manual processes.
• Implementation of innovative technologies, inclusion, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, self-organization, and diversity.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or Technology, or related field
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in appropriate technology domain
• Subject Matter Expertise on three (3) or more platforms in appropriate technology domain
• Mastery in organization and time management skills with proven track record of meeting various deadlines
• Mastery in written and verbal presentation skills alongside strong data interpretation and visualization skills
• Ability to design, write and execute advanced coding or scripting to automate processes, deployments, or advanced management of the technology domain
• Ability to design, implement and maintain multiple platforms
• Analytical mindset, focused on results with critical thinking, research and problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in organization and time management skills with proven track record of meeting various deadlines
• Proficiency in written and verbal presentation skills alongside strong data interpretation and visualization skills
• Proficiency in the use of broader MS Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio, SQL Server Management Studio, SSIS, SSRS, Visual Studio, Power BI)
