Job DescriptionRole Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Platform Automation DevOps Engineer with expertise in Windows environments to design, implement, and maintain automated solutions for infrastructure and application delivery. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Windows Server Administration, CI/CD pipelines, cross-platform automation, and cloud-native technologies. You will report to a Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks for Windows platforms.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, OU structure, and Windows security hardening.
- Administer Windows Servers: roles/features, performance tuning, troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Windows clustering, Linux HA, and failover solutions.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Automate server provisioning, configuration, and patching using PowerShell DSC, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams for smooth deployments across hybrid environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows Operating Systems .
Required Skills & Experience:
- Windows Server Administration (2016/2019/2022).
- Scripting skills: PowerShell and Bash.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure,OCI ).
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and OS security best practices.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes on Windows/Linux).
- Exposure to DevSecOps practices.
- Windows Server Administration (2016/2019/2022).
- Strong scripting skills: PowerShell and Bash.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
