Software Architect Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the vision for the Rezolve Product Search and Discovery Platform architecture including services, software and infrastructure.
• Manage, provide guidance and mentorship for the team of Technical Leads
• Review, refine and approve the solutions designed by the Technical Leads to ensure their consistency and balance between technical elegance and business and operational practicality
• Enable effective integration of the Technical Leads into the product teams ensuring smooth end-to-end process from product ideation and design to implementation and operations.
• Ensure that the in-depth knowledge of the entire Rezolve Product Search and Discovery platform is preserved within the Technical Leads team to support critical issue investigations and onboarding of new developers. 
• Own and champion implementation by the product teams of the Architecture Roadmap based on your architectural strategy for the Rezolve Product Search and Discovery platform maintaining technology edge and building foundation for future platform features. 
• Maintain, promote and standardize processes for different aspects of the SDLC of our products such as observability, technical backlog prioritization and frameworks.
• Own the relationships with technology vendors and the process of procuring and introducing new third party technologies into Rezolve Product Search and Discovery Platform

SKILLS YOU HAVE

• Broad and deep knowledge of various technologies, market trends and platform architectures
• Extensive experience with high-load low-latency customer-critical API first platforms (24 hour operations)Experience managing a team of solution architects 
• Experience designing Cloud-native solutions
• Execution experience in a wide variety of different architecture design patterns such as microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Experience in AI and LLM driven solutions, approaches and technologies
• Ability to concisely communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audience
• Experience designing and implementing processes for architecture evolution, consistency in technology selection and solution design
• Strong understanding of the cloud infrastructure technologies.
• Able to use power of influence to manage positive outcomes without having direct authority

• Experience working with the e-commerce industry
• Experience in a startup environment with a rapid growth mandate
• Experience working in a production GCP environment
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related concentration
