The High Value and International Payment Solutions Department is looking to add a platform administrator to the team. We’re responsible for developing and maintaining several payment solutions used by Desjardins Group’s business and personal members. Our department plays a central role in the Payments Canada modernization project, which aims to implement a modern high value international payment system that will offer new ways to simplify and improve daily payment transactions. More specifically, you will be required to:

Diagnose development teams’ issues, challenges and needs on medium- to high-complexity correction requests, IT services and the rollout and post-rollout phases to determine target outcomes.

Develop and implement objectives, processes, methods, development tools, solutions and action plans.

Analyze data, conduct studies, make recommendations and write reports.

Help handle incidents and problems.

Oversee and stabilize the Enterprise Payments Platform (EPP).

Take care of knowledge base documentation for level 1 support teams.

What you bring to the table

Bachelor's degree in a related field
-
At least two years of experience in platform administration, IT infrastructure or any other relevant experience

Experience working in an agile environment

Knowledge of French is required

Knowledge of Bash/Python

Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, IIS and SQL
