The Role
Assist in production of plastic products: load raw materials, operate basic machinery, inspect for defects, package and palletize goods, maintain records, perform cleaning and support machine changeovers while following safety procedures and using hand and material-handling tools.

- Assist with the production of plastic products in accordance with quality and production standards.
- Load raw materials into machinery and remove finished products from production lines.
- Inspect products for defects, damage, or quality issues and report concerns to supervisors.
- Package, label, and palletize finished goods for storage or shipment.

- Maintain accurate production and quality records as required.
- Perform cleaning and housekeeping duties to keep work areas safe and organized.

- Use hand tools, measuring tools, and material handling equipment safely.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training.
- Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions.
- Troubleshoot problems and report issues.
- Must work well in a team environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend and climb minimal, only as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 42lbs
- Line production is constant flow.
- Ability to be on feet consistently 8 hours up to a 12 hours per scheduled shift
- Walking during this standing time in work cell, continuous rotation based on area assigned.
- Repetitive turning & twisting during production based on area assigned.
- Reaching above shoulders, hand and wrist repetitive simple grasping to pick up drum, flip drum for stacking and unloading as needed when assigned this area.
- Use of hands and fingers to perform job function with hand tools as needed up to full scheduled shift.
- The ability to wear all required personal protective equipment for the position they are assigned to each day. This equipment can include some or all: hard hat, ear plugs, safety glasses, face shield, steel toed boots, and cut resistant gloves.
