Skills Required
- Experience operating and maintaining mechanical systems (HVAC, boilers, chillers)
- Knowledge of water treatment systems and chemical handling
- Familiarity with electrical distribution systems and safety protocols
- Experience supervising plant room or maintenance personnel
- Ability to plan and coordinate preventive maintenance activities
