Why This Role Matters
As a Plant Optimization (PO) Specialist, you will play an essential role in empowering teams within the Manufacturing Unit (MU) to embrace and apply Plant Optimization (PO) and Lean/TPM principles. Your ability to teach, coach, and mentor others will help build a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. You’ll work closely with the management team and High-Performance Unit (HPU) teams, guiding them toward sustainable and effective pillar implementation. Your efforts will help create a nurturing environment where collaboration and learning are at the heart of everything we do.
What You’ll Do
- Support MU and HPU teams, guiding them in implementing PO and Lean/TPM principles effectively.
- Lead Focus Improvement activities and coordinate initiatives for measurable results.
- Mentor MU leaders during project reviews and help them grow in methodology application.
- Organize Kaizen events and promote a "Go See" mindset across teams.
- Deliver PO training to enhance capabilities and build knowledge within the team.
- Provide thoughtful support in operational meetings, offering clear guidance on PO pillar principles.
What You’ll Bring
- 0 to 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, quality, engineering, or related fields.
- Strong teaching and mentoring skills with a passion for helping others thrive.
- Hands-on experience with Lean/TPM principles and a willingness to share knowledge.
- Proven track record in driving loss reduction projects or continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a structured approach.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, inspiring collaboration and growth.
