Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Brandon Wilde is recruiting a hospitality focused Plant Operations Project Manager to join our team! This role is responsible for coordinating and managing the overall planning, development, organization and implementation of services and needs for the Plant Operations refurbishment and renovation program.
Qualifications:
- Five or more years of experience overseeing and coordinating multiple contractors, including plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and installation teams.
- Must have experience and knowledge in building maintenance, construction, or a general contracting environment.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain effective vendor and contractor relationships.
- Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments, contractors, and residents throughout renovation and refurbishment projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
- Valid Georgia or South Carolina driver's license required.

Skills Required
- Thorough knowledge of general maintenance and contracting, including painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, appliance installation, flooring, carpentry, fire sprinkler repairs, roofing, locksmith work, heating and air conditioning, and building construction.
- At least four years of experience in general maintenance or the general contractor field.
- CPR-AED certification within 90 days of hire.
- Valid Georgia or South Carolina driver's license.
- Ability to pass preemployment screening, including a fitness-for-duty physical, criminal background check, drug test, and employment references.
