- Placing POs for Indirect Material or Services.
- Provide support to other areas in Plant as: Manufacturing, Maintenance, Logistics, Engineering, Quality, etc.
- Monitor vendor performance and support Purchasing to assure proper feedback and corrective actions are in place to improve vendor development.
- Assure that problems relating to delivery, pricing and invoicing are promptly conveyed to the vendor and resolved in a timely manner per standard procedures to avoid material shortages
- Implement Material related Projects
- Resolve discrepancy problems in a timely manner
- Comply with activities specified in JCI Safety Commitment Letter.
- Participate in Safety Subcommittees and Safety Audits as required.
- Participate in Risk Assessments
- Participate in EHS program, audits.
- Implement and maintain security policy, health and environment at work to support the committees in identifying risks and environmental aspects.
- Participate in Plant Training program.
- Train your staff in procedures and instructions.
- Define corrective and preventive actions.
- Control system logs in your area.
- Develop and review procedures and instructions.
- Intervene personally identify and correct unsafe acts and recognize safe behavior
- Identify and report potential environmental impacts
- Analyze and prevent the consequences of all actions before any activity
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Indirect buyer or MRO buyer experience in a manufacturing company (forecast, colocacion de ordenes de compra de indirectos, seguimiento de ordenes de compra, asegurar abastecimiento de materiales y servicios para Planta, negociación de Precios y desarrollo de proveedores).
- Fluent English
- SAP (preferente) / Sistema ARIBA para colocar requisiciones
