Crystal Finishing Systems is seeking a Plant Manager to lead our Schofield manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for setting the direction of the operation, developing leaders, and driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and profitability.

We're looking for a proven manufacturing leader who has successfully led a plant, built strong teams, and delivered results in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate understands how to balance operational excellence with employee engagement while creating a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and growth.

  • Take ownership of plant performance and operating results
  • Lead multiple departments through a team of supervisors and managers
  • Drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, quality, and profitability
  • Build a culture focused on accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
  • Develop future leaders and strengthen organizational capability
  • Analyze operational data and implement strategic improvements
  • Partner with senior leadership to support business growth initiatives

  • Previous Plant Manager experience in manufacturing
  • Proven success leading large production teams
  • Experience improving KPIs, operational performance, and workforce engagement
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience
  • The ability to lead through change while maintaining employee trust and engagement
