About the Position:
We’re looking for an experienced Plant Manager (8-10 years in manufacturing leadership) to oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, and lead a high-performing team in Schofield, WI. - Supervise plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to optimize production.

- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance to improve operational efficiency.
