- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, collaborate across functions and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to understand manufacturing technology quickly and lead or support operational and organizational change
- Experience leading cultural or business transformation and developing effective, engaged teams
- Ability to set priorities, provide clear direction and influence outcomes across a broader organization
- Demonstrated commitment to advancing company values and building a culture of accountability, inclusion and continuous improvement
- Data-informed and action-oriented approach, with the ability to make timely decisions and maintain focus on business and customer needs
