The Role

Job Description
Plant Manager Lovosice & Mariánské lázně champions a culture of Care about our more than 450 colleagues in two factor. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration while ensuring the Lovosice & Mariánské Lázně plants deliver on their strategic priorities. The Plant Manager is accountable for leading the teams to achieve production targets and operational excellence while inspiring employee engagement and innovation. With a focus on safety, quality, delivery, costs, sustainability and morale, this role is central to continuing journey to a high-performance operation in both factories.
Primary Accountabilities / Responsibilities
People and Safety:

  • Create an environment where employees feel valued, safe, and motivated to succeed.
  • Ensure compliance with Mondelez International's safety, food safety, quality, and environmental standards.


Operational Excellence:

  • Deliver production volumes on time, meeting Mondelez International high quality standards.
  • Drive productivity, efficiency, and cost improvements through continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles.


Strategic Leadership:

  • Translate corporate and regional strategies into actionable plans at the factory level.
  • Inspire and lead the leadership team to set ambitious goals and achieve outstanding results.


Collaboration and Communication:

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, local authorities, and unions.
  • Ensure alignment across functions and foster a collaborative team environment.


Innovation and Sustainability:

  • Champion sustainability initiatives and support new product launches aligned with Mondelez International's growth agenda.
  • Promote innovation to enhance competitive advantage and market leadership.


Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in manufacturing leadership roles, preferably within FMCG.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. Experience with lean manufacturing and high-performance culture.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Czech.
