Your Mission
To achieve zero breakdowns by following a structured approach to establishing a management system that extends the equipment reliability at optimum cost through people capabilities, flexibility, and innovation.
Some of the key accountabilities for this role will include (but are not limited to):
- Site PM Pillar Lead in our IL6S journey
- Develop capability of pillar members and the plant organization to eliminate losses by implementing systems and tools owned by the pillar.
- Ensure losses are targeted for delivering the site CBN and capability building activities are synchronized with the site master plan.
- Use learning from corporate and regional pillar teams and other benchmarks.
- Learn continuously by doing and teaching current phase subjects as well future phase capability requirements.
- Generate CBAs (Current Best Approach). Inform the Regional/BU Pillar Leader of issues, scope changes, risk and safety / quality concerns;
- Proactively establish and communicate with local pillar Team to support Pillar objectives.
- Build up PM strategies in cooperation with pillar members
- Lead PM SGA team journey in own area to deliver loss elimination and IL6S phase expectation.
- Engage the site pillar member to lead the site standard work processes / system owners and deploy to organization.
- Drive the effectiveness and efficiency of day-to-day IL6S implementation e.g., DMS, SGA, Kaizen
- Provide technical and methodological coaching to core team
- Address and develop the organization capability needs to eliminate the losses as ZLJ and deliver the CBN and IL6S phase expectations across the pillar mastery.
- Foster equipment loss eradication/prevention culture
- Lead the plant maintenance team to implement master plan to comply with relevant Mondelez and Regulatory requirements from applicable markets
- Drive the maintenance stability - part responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
- Develop maintenance strategy to ensure that the production capacity is maintained at its expected capacity.
- Manage the Daily maintenance executions and practices to comply with site HS&E and Quality Procedure and Work Instruction to prevent the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality incidents and Alert in his/her area.
- Lead cost reduction and MRO inventory optimization
- Generate and deliver the productivity cost savings in the own maintenance area to drive the best-in-class M&R cost for both internal and external benchmarking.
- Manage the total maintenance cost & expense by planning and controlling the cost of spare part, direct labor cost, indirect labor cost, and fixed manufacturing expense to deliver the committed cost target.
- Ensure consistent PM Step 1, 2 and 3 roll-out and evolution
- Drive the rigorous execution of PM Pillar Standard Work Process 's and health checks.
- Early involvement to Product Design phase to provide the maintenance requirement for delivering flawless vertical start-up (VSU) execution and product launch.
- Assess PM maturity of core team and manage gap analysis
- Drive the organization culture and behavior toward High Performance Organization and the great place to work' environment.
- Drive the right OPM design for Maintenance Organization to achieve business and individual needs.
- System Ownership supporting HSE and Quality
- Having ownership, building capability & driving of HSE and Quality Standards that are assigned to support the site maturity progression in HSE & Quality

Education / Certifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Job specific requirements:
- Good technical mastery for various engineering systems & principles to have effective RCA and CAPA
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in CPG industry with experience in TPM-Total productive maintenance, 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standards
- An Engineer with a strong financial & business acumen, project management skills and Knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment, PM (Progressive Maintenance) expertise, Spare parts management, SAP PM module end user knowledge, Technology & Engineering automation basics.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment.
- Demonstrated abilities in Analytics, problem solving and team building.
