The Plant Finance Business Partner serves as the finance leader for the plant and a key member of the Plant Operating Committee, partnering closely with the Plant Director and Leadership Team to achieve operational and financial objectives. What You Will Do

  • Partner with the Plant Director and Leadership Team to drive strategic business initiatives, operational excellence programs, and plant performance improvements.

  • Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of plant cost savings projects, including loss analysis, plant optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Deliver financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and annual operating plan (AOP) activities while communicating results and recommendations to leadership.

  • Develop tools and insights that support informed production, business, and operational decision-making across the plant.

  • Coordinate capital improvement planning, including project evaluation, business case development, payback analysis, and post-implementation benefit validation.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and optimize business processes while developing finance talent and supporting organizational growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, with fluency in spoken and written English.

  • 10 or more years of progressively responsible professional experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • 3 or more years of direct manufacturing experience.

  • 3 or more years of financial analysis experience.

  • Strong financial systems knowledge, business partnering skills, and change management experience.

  • Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams through coaching, collaboration, and talent development.

  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred, along with experience applying lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

This position is an onsite position based in Texarkana, AR.
