Job Description

We're seeking a Plant Engineer who can enhance our plant and equipment performance with proven engineering abilities. If you're proficient in PLCs/HMIs, possess strong project management skills, and have the knack to solve complex problems, this position could be the perfect fit for you.

Job Purpose

The role of a Plant Engineer is pivotal in improving our plant's performance using sound engineering principles and capital investments. This includes ensuring our plant's compliance with safety and regulatory standards such as EPA, GMP, OSHA, and DOT.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leading engineering projects to enhance plant and equipment performance.
  • Supervising technical staff.
  • Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards including EPA, GMP, OSHA, and DOT.
  • Collaborating with various departments for process improvement.
  • Maintaining high-quality manufacturing standards.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a technical manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in PLCs/HMIs.
  • Strong skills in project management.
  • Solid understanding of EPA, GMP, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
  • Proficiency in developing preventive maintenance programs.
  • Experience in supervising technical staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
