For our Appetizer Plants in Rilland & Kruiningen we are looking to recruit a Plant Cost Controller. Working location will be mainly Rilland.
Cost Price Management & Control

• Determining Standard Cost Prices (quarterly, annually, ad-hoc updates)
• Analyzing & reviewing of the standard cost prices with Plant Manager, R&D, Quality Control, and Procurement

Production Control

• Building reports for both production sites which provides accurate and meaningful data and figures for Senior Management and Plant Manager
• Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting of plant performance (weekly, monthly)
• Coordinating of weekly and monthly plant performance reviews with Plant Managers and Cost Controllers
• Implementing effective cost management to control plant expenses
• Leading yearly & quarterly budgeting & forecasting for all plant cost related items
• Supporting Plant Manager in setting annual manufacturing operating targets
• Participating in the Plant Leadership Team meetings

Supply Chain Control

• Implementing control of inventory (raw materials, WIP, finished goods)
• Implementing control of Freight & Storage expenses
• Analyzing & Reporting of supply chain related variances monthly
• Leading yearly & quarterly budgeting & forecasting for all supply chain related costs
• Involvement in the demand & production planning

Investment and Capital Expenditures

• Reviewing capital expenditure requests and assessing impact on standard cost prices
• In collaboration with accounting, reviewing the financial status of capital projects

Education & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a production environment
• Excellent excel skills
• Analytical, critical, detailed oriented
• Strong communication skills
• A self-starter, takes initiative and ownership
• Experience with ERP systems an asset: SAP, Power BI
• Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal and written)
