Zakres obowiązków:
- Przygotowywanie raportów finansowych i analiz
- Tworzenie budżetów, prognoz finansowych oraz analiza odchyleń
- Udział w procesie zamknięcia miesiąca
- Wsparcie działów w bieżącej kontroli kosztów
- Usprawnianie procesów raportowania oraz udział we wdrażaniu automatyzacji w obszarze controllingu (w tym rozwiązań BI)
- Udział w procesie kontroli wewnętrznej
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing financial reports and analyses
- Creating budgets and financial forecasts, and analysing variances
- Participating in the month-end closing process
- Supporting departments with day-to-day cost control
- Optimizing reporting processes and participating in the implementation of automation within the controlling function (including BI solutions)
- Participation in the internal control process
Required Skills and Education
Wymagania:
- Min. 3 lata doświadczenia na samodzielnym stanowisku w dziale controllingu w firmie produkcyjnej: preferowana branża automotive
- Wykształcenie wyższe preferowane kierunki: ekonomia, informatyka, matematyka
- Doświadczenie w analizie odchyleń od budżetu oraz prognozy
- Znajomość rachunku wyników, bilansu, zasad księgowości (mile widziane US GAAP)
- Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia i pracy z danymi
- Odporność na stres i umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu
- Ukierunkowanie na zamykanie zadań w terminie
- Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie pozwalającym na swobodną komunikację
- Odpowiedzialność i dobra organizacja pracy
- Bardzo dobra znajomość MS Excel
- Doświadczenie w pracy na systemach klasy ERP
Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience in an independent role within the controlling department of a manufacturing company: the automotive sector is preferred
- Higher education; preferred fields of study: economics, computer science, mathematics
- Experience in analysing budget variances and forecasts
- Knowledge of income statements, balance sheets and accounting principles (US GAAP welcome)
- Ability to think analytically and work with data
- Resilience to stress and ability to work under time pressure
- Focus on completing tasks on time
- Proficiency in English sufficient for fluent communication
- Responsibility and good work organisation
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience working with ERP systems
