Plans, organizes, and directs all aspects of the Finance and Accounting function of the Company, including trial balance preparation, recordation of accrual entries, transactional accounting of A/P, A/R, Inventory, HR/Payroll and Fixed Asset sub-ledgers in the Company’s implementation of NetSuite.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing all month-end closing procedures, preparing monthly financial results & various reporting including operational metrics.
- Prepares and presents financial performance of the business on a periodic basis, including quantifying and commenting on key variances vs budget and prior year.
- Accountable for ensuring balance sheet integrity, compliance with accounting policies and procedures, and enforcing strong internal controls.
- Administer and manage the Company’s implementation of NetSuite ERP with Oracle/NetSuite.
- Management of the transaction accounting processes of the business, including:
- The General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and HR, Inventory and Fixed Asset Subsystems of NetSuite.
- Maintenance of accounting controls and procedures necessary to ensure that the books and financials can be audited by a CPA firm.
- Supports requests from external auditors and tax advisors to provide needed information for the annual filings
- Performs other duties as necessary or assigned.

Experience and Education:
- BS Accounting/Finance (MBA a plus)
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with cost accounting principles and practices
- Detailed working knowledge of NetSuite ERP a plus
- CPA or CMA a plus
- Thorough understanding of US GAAP
- 5+ years of industry related experience

- MBA
- 5+ years of industry related experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
