What you'll be doing:
- Source and purchase materials, supplies, and services required for plant operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality products and services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production schedules.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure materials meet required standards and specifications.
- Conduct cost analysis and market research to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost savings.

We’d love to hear from you if:
- Prefer Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving cost savings.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
