Resumen del Puesto:**
Buscamos un/a practicante de administración de planta para brindar apoyo administrativo y operativo en l area de cambios de presentacion de la gerencia de Manufactura, contribuyendo a la eficiencia de los procesos y al funcionamiento diario.
Responsabilidades:**
* Apoyar en la organización y archivo de documentos administrativos de la planta.
* Asistir en la preparación de informes y presentaciones.
* Apoyar en la coordinación de actividades logísticas y de mantenimiento.
* Realizar tareas de entrada de datos y mantenimiento de registros.
* Colaborar en la comunicación interna de la planta.
* Participar en la implementación de mejoras en los procesos administrativos.
* Apoyar en otras tareas administrativas según sea necesario.
Cualificaciones:**
* Estudiante activo/a de carreras como Ingenieria Mecanica, Electrica, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, o afines.
* Dominio intermedio de herramientas de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Capacidad de organización, atención al detalle y proactividad.
* Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.
* Interés en el sector manufacturero y en aprender sobre la operación de una planta.
* Disponibilidad para cumplir con un horario de prácticas establecido.

Skills Required
- Active student in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field

Crown is a worldwide leader in the design, manufacture, and sale of packaging products and equipment for consumer and industrial products. Crown's packaging for consumer products include steel and aluminum cans for food, beverage, household and other consumer products, glass bottles for beverage product and metal vacuum closures and steel crowns sold through Crown's sales organization to the soft drink, food, citrus, brewing, household products, personal care and various other industries.
