Responsabilidades del Puesto
* Apoyar la gestión de documentos y archivos, asegurando la organización y accesibilidad.
* Colaborar en la preparación de informes y presentaciones.
* Asistir en la coordinación de reuniones, incluyendo la preparación de agendas y la toma de notas.
* Realizar tareas de entrada de datos y mantenimiento de registros en sistemas internos.
* Apoyar la logística y la coordinación de materiales e insumos según sea necesario.
* Ayudar en la comunicación interna, distribuyendo información relevante al personal de planta.
* Participar en la implementación y seguimiento de procedimientos administrativos.
* Realizar otras tareas administrativas asignadas para apoyar la eficiencia operativa de la planta.
Calificaciones del Puesto
* Estudiante activo/a de Ingeniero Mecánico Administrador, Ingeniero Mecánico Electricista, Ingeniero Mecatrónico o afin.
* Interés demostrado en operaciones de manufactura y administración de planta.
* Dominio intermedio de herramientas de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
* Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo.
* Proactivo/a, organizado/a y con atención al detalle.
* Disponibilidad para cumplir con el horario de la pasantía (especificar si es tiempo completo o parcial).

Skills Required
- Active student in Mechanical Administration Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field
- Demonstrated interest in manufacturing operations and plant administration
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Availability to meet the internship schedule (full-time or part-time as specified)

Crown is a worldwide leader in the design, manufacture, and sale of packaging products and equipment for consumer and industrial products. Crown's packaging for consumer products include steel and aluminum cans for food, beverage, household and other consumer products, glass bottles for beverage product and metal vacuum closures and steel crowns sold through Crown's sales organization to the soft drink, food, citrus, brewing, household products, personal care and various other industries.
