Dexis is recruiting for an experienced Plans and Staff Coordinator to support U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) in providing comprehensive administrative and coordination support. The position will focus on facilitating efficient operations across J5-Plans divisions while ensuring seamless administrative support for both government and contract staff. This position is contingent upon contract award.
ResponsibilitiesThe Plans and Staff Coordinator will provide essential administrative coordination and support services across USCENTCOM J5-Plans divisions. This role involves managing daily operational requirements, coordinating logistics for key events, and maintaining critical administrative systems. The coordinator will serve as a vital link in ensuring smooth organizational operations through calendar management, travel coordination, and facility support.
Key duties include:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to J5-Plans divisions
- Coordinate travel arrangements through Defense Travel System
- Support staff administrative requirements including ID cards and security badges
- Manage logistics for conferences and working groups
- Maintain leadership calendars and battle rhythm events
- Serve as alternate Task Management Tool Administrator
- Process security clearance requirements and facility access
- Monitor and track personnel evaluations and requirements
- Minimum 10 years of military service
- Minimum 2 years experience at Joint or Combined Command Headquarters
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance
- Prior experience at USCENTCOM
- Experience with Defense Travel System
- Knowledge of military administrative processes
- Background in security management
