Job Summary: Planning Team Coordinator is responsible for the ongoing task of processing bid and pricing needs of existing and potential partners.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creation and management of builder specifications, (direction provided by builder and/or Director of Business Development)
- Creation and management of builder pricing spreadsheets, (direction provided by builder and/or Director of Business Development)
- Account manager for builders assigned by Planning Team Manager.
- Bid submission and Master File management for existing and potential clients.
- Communicate with drafting as needed for related bid projects.
- Communicate with sales as needed for related bid/job projects.
- Management of all publishable documentation related to each builder, (e.g. Customer Reference Documents, SharePoint, Teams)
- Review of layouts produced by drafting department prior to publishing.
Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in various office computer programs (spreadsheet, word processing, database, Photoshop, etc.) and be able to pick up new programs quickly.
- Must become proficient with KMC interface and bid system, (e.g. Launch/Environments)
- Must become competent in builder blueprint interpretation.
- Must become competent in KMC layout interpretation, (e.g. Microvellum)
- Must be able to plan and prioritize work.
- Detail oriented
- Knowledge of KMC processes preferred
- Business degree preferred
