- Collaborate closely with the Planning Manager, Production Director, and production teams to coordinate projects and human resources to meet production demands.
- Track project production status and generate reports; compare data; analyze trends; promptly identify, report, and assist in resolving potential issues and risks.
- Participate in internal and cross-studio meetings, report status, and compile records to identify and report potential risks.
- Familiarize with the company's various systems and the corresponding data interrelation and logic, work closely with the PMO (Project Management Office) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) teams, and assist with troubleshooting and system improvements under the guidance of the planning manager.
- Assist in setting studio goals across disciplines, forecasting capacity, and real-time monitoring of actual output to meet production targets.

- 能够在分析，规划及执行职责间无缝切换，专注于执行高层计划的同时管理日常运营细节
- 擅长应对模糊或高压情境，能主动化解问题，在动态快节奏环境中从容工作，理清优先级并控制进程及结果，责任心强。
- 本科以上学历。海外留学工作经验和拥有PMP认证为佳。良好的英语口语表达和书面能力。
- 有对游戏行业的满腔热忱，有游戏行业工作经验为加分项。
- Over 3 years of work experience in resource coordination or project management, with relevant academic background or project experience in data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex data and transform it into analysis reports tailored to different audiences.
- Outstanding communication skills, with experience in building cross-team and cross-functional collaborative relationships.
- Skilled in handling large datasets, identifying trends, and using data to support decision-making with strong logical thinking ability. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros) is required; expertise in data analysis tools and software (SQL, Tableau, Python, R language) is a plus.
- Able to seamlessly switch between analysis, planning, and execution responsibilities, focusing on implementing high-level plans while managing daily operational details.
- Adept at handling ambiguous or high-pressure situations, proactively resolving problems, working calmly in a fast-paced dynamic environment, identifying priorities, and managing processes and outcomes with strong sense of responsibility.
- Bachelor’s degree or above. Overseas study or work experience and PMP certification are preferred. Good English speaking and writing skills.
- Passionate about the gaming industry, with gaming industry work experience considered an advantage.
