- Queue & Service Level monitoring
Monitor Calls in Queue, AHT, Longest waiting time, Abandoned calls, and long Auxes.
- Real Time Adherence (RTA)
Monitor Available Agents, Auxes reason, load balancing, plotting of leaves, real time adjustments of breaks and schedules (if needed).
- Interactive and direct communications
Initiate communication and collaborate with front-end, business, and operational teams regarding issue monitoring
- Call Listening / Shadowing
Checking outlier calls (long calls) allows for immediate alert and actionable insight to drive the improvements.
- Take part on Inbound Call Handling
Checking outlier calls (long calls) allows for immediate alert and actionable insight to drive the improvements.
