About Jeeny:
Jeeny is a mobile application that eases daily commuting and transportation. By connecting you with your preferred mode of transportation, we are fulfilling our aim of making mobility accessible, affordable, and flexible for all.
We are a joint venture between MEIG (Middle East Internet Group), Rocket Internet, and IMENA. Jeeny was established in 2014 as Easy Taxi. However, in 2016, it was revamped as Jeeny to cater to other services. Currently, we are operational in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.
We have offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, Amman, Lahore, and Karachi.
About the Role:
This role is critical in helping Business teams at Jeeny optimize decision-making, planning & performance management. You will be reporting to the CFO and have a team of 2 analysts.
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end performance tracking, financial planning, and strategic reporting to ensure that ridehailing across markets operate at peak efficiency and alignment along side managing a team of high talented individuals
Responsibilities:
- Lead quarterly & monthly budgets (topline & bottom-line)
- Create quarterly & monthly KPI targets
- Outline gaps vs targets and work with Business teams to create initiatives to bridge gaps
- Create cadence b/w Business teams & leadership to improve progress (weekly performance call, month-end retro call etc.)
- Partner with Business teams to make key decisions
- Create visibility of L0, L1 & L2 KPIs at the right frequency for Business teams
- Identify opportunities for improving L0 KPIs by tracking L1 & L2 KPIs proactively
- Develop business/financial models on adhoc requests from cross functional stakeholders
- Lead and develop a team of strategy/planning & performance analysts, setting objectives, managing performance, and fostering a strong team culture
- Work cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics or a related field; MSc/MA/MBA is a plus
- 4+ years experience in Business Finance/Strategy/Planning roles (compulsory)
- Team Management experience is a must
- Strong presentation skills
- Expert in Excel, PowerPoint & Data visualization software
- Strong expertise in automation & AI use
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
- Fluent in written & spoken English
