1. Provide support and inputs in proposal development, by providing Hours & schedule estimate
2. Review set-up documents from Engineering disciplines and validate the Engineering baseline master project schedule
3. As Coordinator of Engineering disciplines, ensure technical & contractual requirements have properly distributed, understood and applied, and must ensure the fullfillement of Technical Criterias of the Gate Process
4. Lead the interface between Engineering disciplines, Functions (Procurement, Site Activities...), Centers
5. Lead the technical clarification / review meetings with Customer / Internal Partner and ensure technical input/output documents exchanges between E&C & customer follows contract requirement
6. Provide Engineering disciplines with contract speciific requirements from Procurement and ensure coordination with Procurement
7. Act as key contact to Site Management when technical clarifications from site are required
8. Ensure technical clarification with Sibcontractor and provide with specific requirements
9. When Change Orfer is approved, lead the change management with Engineering disciplines and coordinate with SIte Activities & Procurement if needed
2. Good Engineering background and Construction Experiences in EPC Industry
3. 10+ years or longer experience directly for Planning / Scheduling Activities
