Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Lead, manage, and develop the supply and production planning team, ensuring effective execution and continuous improvement, providing also the weekly planning for each department.
  • Own the demand planning and forecasting process, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial functions.
  • Translate demand forecasts into feasible supply, production, and inventory plans.
  • Drive and coordinate the S&OP process to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Monitor and improve key KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service level, inventory turns, and capacity utilization.
  • Identify risks and opportunities related to demand variability and supply constraints and define mitigation actions.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Strong experience (5 years) in production planning, demand planning, and forecasting.
  • Proven people management and leadership experience.
  • Solid analytical skills and ability to manage complex planning scenarios.
  • Experience with ERP and planning systems; knowledge of Zucchetti AdHoc is a strong plus.
  • Preferably coming from the food industry or other fast-moving manufacturing environments with several constraints.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • Fluent Italian is mandatory, professional working proficiency in English is required
