S&OP and Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with the Supply Planning team to align production capacity with demand forecasts and inventory targets.

  • Actively contribute to the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle by providing production insights and identifying capacity constraints

2. Supply Planning

Supply Forecasting & Inventory Management

  • Develop and maintain the supply plan in alignment with the MPS and sales forecasts.

  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and semi-finished goods to ensure availability while minimizing excess stock.

  • Define and adjust replenishment parameters (MOQ, lead times, safety stock) in coordination with Purchasing and Logistics teams.

Procurement Coordination

  • Place and follow up on purchase orders based on planned requirements.

  • Monitor supplier performance (OTD, quality, responsiveness) and manage deviations or delays.

  • Coordinate corrective actions with suppliers in case of shortages or non-conformities.

Analysis & Optimization

  • Identify supply risks and propose mitigation plans (e.g., dual sourcing, lead time adjustments).

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain (lead time reduction, digital tools).

  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply: service level, stock coverage, shortage rate, etc.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Production Planning, Customer service, Purchasing, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure end-to-end synchronization.

  • Actively participate in the S&OP process by providing visibility on supply constraints and opportunities.

Qualification
