About the Job Opportunity
We are looking for a person who has prior experience of site execution, overseeing construction management, and understands key aspects of planning, scheduling, and billing. They should be particular about the quality of workmanship, training manpower, and materials usage and capable of managing multiple construction sites by putting effective real-time monitoring systems and detailed planning.
Job Description
- Preparing project execution and resource plan along with milestones and cash flows.
- Extracting quantity from drawings and preparing BoQs.
- Doing rate analysis, cost analysis, and estimation of construction activities.
- Checking bills for inaccuracy and deviations when submitted from the site.
- Giving work orders and do contract administration.
- Checking of material requirements and validation of indents.
- Assuring quality control in all site execution work.
- Ensuring all the SOP's are followed at site (Documentation, Quality and Safety).
- Drawings development and coordination, to coordinate for drawings and release GFC's.
- Working on alternate building materials, methodologies, green building concepts and feasibility of various construction technologies.
Key Skills Needed
- BE Civil/B.Tech. (Civil), Diploma (Civil) with 8 + years' experience in residential building projects.
- Should have working knowledge of taking out quantities from drawings.
- Should have working knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM.
CTC
- Up to Rs. 20 lacs per year; negotiable based on competence
