This is an exciting time at Enovix! We are looking for experienced candidates to help support our 50,000 square-feet lithium-ion battery production facility in Penang, Malaysia for commercialization of our 3D Silicon™ Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning activities on order – master scheduling, factory planning, and delivery commitment.
- Work with business unit leadership to generate a consensus demand plan, consensus supply plan and a final S&OP plan
- Review, analyze and optimize forecast/demand vs actual loading trend and overall capacity/material planning.
- Monitor and follow up closely on production performance and expedite lots to ensure shipment are on time.
- Driving production for shorter cycle time and On Time delivery performance to achieve /exceed the goals of the company KPI and customer expectation.
- The planning fulfillment leader drives the continuous improvement of the planning processes including S&OP, as well as contributing to special projects and other supply chain and business strategy initiatives.
- Establishes and maintains an inventory management process including raw materials, WIP, finished goods and sales in excess of invoicing (project units) in line with corporate/regional/local instructions.
- Perform additional tasks being assigned by Superior.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
- Minimum 10 years working experiences in relevant field with minimum 5 years people management experiences.
- Advanced knowledge of NPI Planning and Production Scheduling & Control.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Documentation and organization skills
