Our client, a leading provider of power and automation solutions, is seeking a qualified candidate to join their team.

This role supports the organization in enhancing its management systems, operational governance, and business planning discipline by developing standardized procedures, approval frameworks, and budget control practices. It ensures operations are structured, transparent, and well-controlled, while enabling management to make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
      Business Rules & Procedures Governance
  • Assess existing procedures to identify gaps, overlaps, and inefficiencies
  • Develop and standardize company-wide operational procedures and business rules
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure procedures reflect actual practices
  • Manage and update the procedure system to maintain consistency
      Approval Process & Authority Matrix
  • Design and implement structured approval workflows
  • Define approval limits across management levels
  • Ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and decision authority
  • Detect bottlenecks in approval flows and recommend improvements
  • Assist in implementing approval workflows within the ERP system
      Compliance Monitoring & Training
  • Prepare training materials on procedures and approval policies
  • Deliver training sessions for employees
  • Monitor adherence to procedures across departments
  • Identify and report non-compliance issues to management
  • Recommend corrective and preventive actions
      Budget Planning & Control
  • Coordinate the annual budgeting process across the organization
  • Review departmental budgets for accuracy and completeness
  • Consolidate and present the overall company budget for approval
  • Track monthly budget versus actual performance
  • Analyze significant variances and follow up on corrective actions
  • Support periodic rolling forecast updates
      Management Reporting & Governance Support
  • Prepare management reports on budget control, compliance, and approval effectiveness
  • Highlight key issues affecting business performance
  • Support preparation and follow-up of management meetings
Process Improvement & System Integration
  • Identify inefficiencies in current processes
  • Propose and support improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with ERP teams to integrate approval and budgeting processes
  • Support standardization of systems across departments

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in Planning, Finance, Internal Control, or Business Analysis
  • Practical experience in budgeting, reporting, and process improvement
Skills
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking
  • Good understanding of business operations and financial impact
  • Ability to design and optimize processes
  • Effective communication and coordination skills
