Job Summary:
As a Planning Intern, you will support leadership, management, and coordination tasks for projects from the receipt of the purchase order to the delivery of the finished product to the client. Your mission will be to assist in defining the scope and developing manufacturing, procurement, and communication strategies that contribute to meeting contractual requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving company profitability.
Responsibilities:
Support the execution of projects from start to finish, contributing to meeting deadlines and contractual requirements, budgets, quality standards, and expected profitability.
Collaborate in the analysis of technical and commercial documentation and in scope definition.
Provide support in identifying opportunities and risks for the project, documenting them (time adjustments, risk issues, improvements, etc.), and participating in internal and client meetings.
Assist in project planning: creating schedules, monitoring, updating, and identifying the project’s critical path.
Collaborate in preparing progress reports for supervisors and management.
Perform other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
Student of Electromechanical, Industrial, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of ERP tools.
Availability: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the Mendoza Plant.
