CONTEXT OF THE POSITION…
As a Planning Intern to support the Planning team, the main activities involve assisting Planning Engineers with long-term schedule preparation, maintaining the material and tooling database, and supporting jobcard preparation for maintenance, storage, and dismantling.
ACCOUNTABILITY
- Assist in preparing and setting up basic schedules for mainte
- nance, storage and dismantling.
- Help maintain and organize the ALS aircraft slot availability plan and internal cost database.
- Prepare and print ALS jobcards.
- Support data entry and AMOS database preparation according to business needs.
- Assist in organizing and copying/formatting necessary technical documents for Work Packages prior to issuance.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
This role needs to be serviced on-site in Airbus (Chengdu) office.
QUALIFICATION
- EDUCATION:
- with Bachelor degree (or currently enrolled), in Aeronautical Maintenance, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Computer, General Engineering or equivalent major.
- EXPERIENCE:
- Prefer Aeronautical maintenance experience, not mandatory.
- CERTIFICATION:
- CCAR Part-66R3 license is preferred, not mandatory.
- LANGUAGE:
- Fluent English both in written and oral speaking,command in technical English.
- KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Basic Knowledge of aircraft technical documents,general aeronautical knowledge is preferred.
- Proficient in using OFFICE, familiar with programming languages, such as Python, is preferred.
- ABILITIES:
- Comply with company rules and procedures, and be proficient in using common office software.
- DRIVER / VALUES:
- Can guarantee attendance and continuous contribution during the service period as a priority.
