Job Overview:Plan, schedule, and coordinate fuel retail projects (new stations, upgrades, maintenance) to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in line with quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain project schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project) from concept to commissioning.
- Track progress, milestones, and variances; produce reports and S-curves.
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, and civil/mechanical/electrical disciplines.
- Identify schedule risks and delays; prepare mitigation and recovery plans.
- Collaborate for procurement of long lead items.
- Manage approvals, permits, and regulatory approvals from stakeholders.
- Manage 360 communication between field team and departmental functions.
- Builds management reports on project status, KPIs, and resource use.
- Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)
- 3-6 years planning/scheduling experience (fuel retail, oil & gas or construction preferred)
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project and strong Excel skills
- Understanding of HSE and fuel-handling regulations
- PMP or planning certification (preferred)
