The Planning and Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of construction projects within Nawy Unlocked. This role will require strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage projects across various departments.
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, define goals and deliverables, create roadmaps, and organize resources to ensure project success.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, provide clear direction.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, facilitating regular updates and constructive feedback loops.
- Budget Management: Estimate and manage project budgets, ensure financial objectives are met, and track costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks, implement preemptive measures to mitigate them, and manage any issues that arise during the project.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Performance Review: Evaluate project performance, implement necessary changes to enhance efficiency, and document project activities and results.
RequirementsQualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering. Additional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) from PMI are highly valued.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in construction project management roles, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
