Planning and Forecasting Senior Finance Analyst 

This is a unique opportunity to be part of our European Planning & Forecasting Hub. Our team's growth into new European markets has led to the creation of openings for Financial Planning & Forecasting Senior Analysts with focus on CEE markets. These roles are pivotal in supporting our expanding team and driving strategic initiatives tailored to the unique demands of these new markets. The F&P Senior Analysts will play a critical role in steering financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes essential for success in these emerging markets. 

Key responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis & Planning: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, evaluate market trends, and assist in crafting market-specific strategic plans.

• Forecasting & Budgeting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate forecasts, budgets, and financial models aligned with each market's distinct requirements.

• Insights & Reporting: Prepare management reports on monthly basis (Demand Review Meeting, Monthly Performance Reviews and Core Commercial Cycles), variance analysis, risk & opportunities for management to review and drive business performance/gap closing initiatives and be the single point of contact for management reporting for that market. 

• Prepare ad-hoc reporting requests from in-market finance teams or the FM e.g., trend analysis for a product type 

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage collaboratively with Finance, Operations, and Market Entry teams to ensure financial strategies are in harmony with broader business objectives.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing and standardizing financial planning and analysis processes to support scalability and efficiency.

Why You? Basic qualifications: 

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a similar finance role.

• Experience in Financial Planning and Budgeting, preferably within a corporate environment in a multinational company.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including expertise in creating and extracting information and using advanced formulas.

• Strong financial acumen in analysis, evaluation, modeling, and forecasting, with excellent analytical skills and keen attention to detail.

• A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership of assigned tasks.

• Proven coordination, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload to meet critical deadlines.

• A positive attitude and the ability to influence others when tackling challenges.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Preferred qualifications: 

• Russian language will be an advantage

• Strong reporting writing and presentation skills 

• Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
